Our conference grant covers

• Entrance to the conference for 4 days, catering included

• Room and board in a hotel near the conference center for 4 nights (Mo-Thu)

Our conference grant does not cover

• Travel coststo and from the conference

• Additional expenses such as additional drinks and food, insurances, visa, merchandise

​

 

Please, note the number of grants provided will depend on the sponsorships available.
