Registration

Register will open in August 2024

Wolves Across Borders is all-inclusive! The conference fee covers the cost of your room, daily meals, and ALL conference events, including the final banquet. Your room will be reserved automatically upon conference registration. All prices shown INCLUDE VAT.

We are offering two different registration options: 

​

Full Conference: Covers all conference fees, room and board for the duration of the conference (Monday after lunch through Thursday). Lunch is not included on Monday, but is available onsite (1130-1230) for an extra fee. 

​

Full Conference + Sunday: For those who are traveling far and wish to arrive a day early. This includes the full conference, plus room and board starting Sunday evening.

What's Included

  • FULL ROOM AND BOARD​

    • 3 nights lodging in a single room at Djurönäset Conference Hotel

    • Breakfast and lunch (Tuesday through Thursday)  

    • 3 course dinner Monday and Tuesday

    • Conference banquet dinner and party Wednesday evening

    • Fika (Swedish coffee and cake) everyday

    • Free access to the spa area (indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna)

    • Free access to sports facilities (e.g., tennis, volleyball, bikes, jogging tracks)

  • FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

    • Attendance to ALL conference events including plenary sessions, breakout talks, workshops, poster session, and panel discussion. 

** Full Conference + Sunday will receive dinner and a room Sunday night as well as breakfast and lunch the next day

NOTE - all participants will be provided a single room for their stay. If you wish to share a room (e.g., with a participating partner) you may do so, but the cost will be the same for all participants.

 

Participants should register separately and list the person they

wish to share a room with during the registration process.

What's Not Included

  • Travel to and from Stockholm

  • Transportation to and from Stockholm to the venue (bus service to and from Stockholm Arlanda or Stockholm C will be provided for an extra 200 SEK each way)

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • The post conference field trip

  • Extra nights at the conference hotel

Off-Site Housing Registration Option 

Limited Availability - 20 spaces only

Cost: Late Fee = 9100 SEK

Registration is now closed

We are also offering 20 spaces for 'off-site' conference registration mainly for those who live near Stockholm or are traveling with families. The cost includes conference attendance, lunch, fikas, dinners, and the conference banquet. Lunch is available Monday for an extra fee.

 

Off-site participants will need to make their own accommodation arrangements as well as arrange their daily travel to and from the venue. Space is limited and will be given on a first come, first serve basis. ​

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Registration
 

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to wab2023@akademikonferens.se 

 

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until January 30, 2023, up to which date the total amount will be refunded, except for a cancellation fee of 750 SEK. We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after January 30, 2023, nor for no-shows or any other reasons.

 

Change of Name
 

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague, not previsouly registered for the conference, in your place.

Failure to Pay

​

Credit card payments are due upon registration. All invoices must be paid with 30 days of invoicing date. One reminder for invoice payment will be sent after 30 days. Thereafter, you will have 7 days to finalize payment before your name is taken off the registration list. 

​

Participants who have not completed their credit card payment by February 1, 2023 will be removed from the Early Registration List.
